Where and when can I apply for an Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC) refund?

If you have organised your own OSHC, you will need to contact your OSHC provider directly for your OSHC refund. Should you have arrived later than your actual OSHC start date, the OSHC dates can be adjusted accordingly by contacting your OSHC provider. Normally OSHC providers refund the unused OSHC portion at the end of your course when you are leaving Australia or if you change to a non-student visa subclass.
If you have paid your OSHC to Curtin but we have yet to organise your OSHC, kindly contact Curtin’s OSHC Officer via oshc@curtin.edu.au to apply for a refund.
If Curtin has organised your OSHC, your refund will be managed and processed by Bupa and you will need to contact Bupa directly for refund via oshcwa@bupa.com.au.
