Ask your client to have their supporting documents to hand, and ensure they meet our guidelines. The documents may include certified copies of their qualifications, English language proficiency documents and supplementary forms for certain courses.
If their documents are not issued in English, an official translation from a recognised translation service must be provided.
Make sure you submit your client’s English test score with their course application documents.
If your client’s application is successful, you will receive an offer, which they must accept or reject.
If they accept their offer, you will receive a Confirmation of Enrolment – a document from Curtin that details their course, the duration of study and the tuition fees. This document can be used for acquiring a student visa.
Clients apply for a student visa from the Australian government. A student visa will allow your client to study full-time in Australia and work up to 40 hours in a fortnight. If your client is under 18 years old, they must have approved accommodation and welfare arrangements in place before a visa can be issued.

Our admissions team will indicate which English pathway suits your client and how many weeks it will take.
When you receive an Acceptance of Offer letter, your client must accept or reject it. If they accept it, send us the signed acceptance letter to via our online system by the due date stated on the offer letter, together with copies of the following supporting documents:
Proof of payment;
Overseas Student Health Cover selection and
your client’s passport.
