edX courses

edX courses are ideal if you want to upskill in a particular career area.

Curtin offers a range of short courses through edX, an online educator provider founded by Harvard University and MIT.

Some edX courses map onto Curtin postgraduate degrees, so you can extend your learning and earn a postgraduate qualification.

There are different edX course options available, depending on your career goals. These options are free short courses, known as MOOCS, MicroMasters® programs and professional certificate programs.

Professional certificate programs are a series of short courses that teach critical professional skills needed to succeed in today’s most in-demand fields.

Designed by industry leaders, these programs can take between two – four months to complete and can help you to make an impact in your workplace and achieve specific career outcomes.
