How do I change my name on my award certificate?

All award certificates will be issued in the legal name of the student at the time of conferral. You can update you details in eStudent via OASIS prior to conferral. After conferral it may not be possible to change your name.
An award certificate may be re-issued in a name other than the legal name of the student at the time of conferral in the limited circumstances of:
- gender affirmation
- witness protection
If the above circumstance are approved, fees will be payable to amend the formal name and reissue the award in the correct name.
As a general principle, the re-issue of an award in a new name due to a change in marital circumstances will not be approved.
