How competitive is admission into the course?

Due to the rigorous application requirements, typically about 75–80% of applicants are offered a place in the course. If you have at least five years' work experience (including managerial experience), an undergraduate degree, good references, a clear nexus between your present/desired career and the course, and a positive interview result, you can be confident of gaining admission to the GCB/GDB course.
If you don't have an undergraduate degree, your references will have more importance for your application.
