Why is the payment I made not showing on my electronic Commonwealth Assistance Notice (eCAN)?

A payment you have made may not appear on your electronic Commonwealth Assistance Notice (eCAN) if:
- You paid for your fees after the census date; or
- Your payment has not been credited to your student contributions or tuition fees.
