What do I do if I think my electronic Commonwealth Assistance Notice (eCAN) is incorrect?

If you believe your  is incorrect, you must request a review of your account within 14 days of the date your eCAN was issued. If you withdrew from a unit after the study period census date, the unit will still appear on your eCAN as you are liable to pay the fees. However, if you withdrew from the unit because you were experiencing exceptional circumstances, you may apply for Withdrawal Under Special Circumstances (WUSC). If your application is approved, the fees will be removed from your HELP debt.
