How do I apply for re-admission into a course I have been terminated from?

If you are a domestic student and have been unsuccessful or missed the period for appeal against termination from a course, you can apply for re-admission. You will need to complete a Request for Readmission to Terminated Course form and submit it via the online enquiry form, along with any supporting documentation. Please visit the Application Deadlines page for information on opening and closing dates of your course and re-admission applications.
