What is Curtin Extra?

Curtin Extra is Curtin University’s official form of recognition for students who have made significant contributions to co-curricular programs. Participation in these programs contribute to a student’s personal and professional development.

Available throughout your degree, you can participate in more than one Curtin Extra approved program, taking into account your course load and other commitments.

Curtin Extra Certificate

Your Curtin Extra Certificate is an official document printed on Curtin Extra Certificate paper and issued under the authority of the Academic Registrar at Curtin University. The Certificate includes your participation in approved programs, including the program name, tier, stream and the applicable year(s), and will be provided to you upon graduation.

Curtin Extra eRecord

Your Curtin Extra eRecord is an unofficial document, which can be viewed and printed at any time through your Curtin Extra channel in OASIS

If you have participated in an approved program and it is not listed on your Curtin Extra eRecord, submit the Request a change to your Curtin Extra Certificate on your Curtin Extra channel in OASIS. Your request will be sent directly to the program coordinator, who will contact you to resolve your enquiry.

Please remember that your Curtin Extra record is only updated once per year (end of January or end of August).

Curtin Extra digital badges

Curtin Extra digital badges provide real-time recognition of your participation in approved Curtin Extra programs and can be and with your networks.
