What should I do if my eInvoice does not reflect my enrolment?

UPDATED 09 OCT 2023 | 3:54AM
Your eInvoice will only show outstanding fees. If a unit has been paid in full, it will not appear on your eInvoice.
If you believe that your eInvoice does not correctly reflect your enrolment, please contact .
Please note that it is your responsibility to ensure your enrolment is correct.
The majority of enquiries Curtin Connect receive about this is due to the Merit Scholarship applying and paying off a unit in full (this unit will then not show on the eInvoice).
To check if this is the case:
  • Check 'Student Sponsor Enquiry' window on S1 to see if student has been granted a Merit Scholarship.
  • Check their 'Student Account Reconciliation Report' to see if the "missing unit/s" in question have been paid in full (it will show 0.0 in the Outstanding Amount column).
  • The Merit Scholarship payments will be shown in the Summary of Credit Transactions - Sponsorship table (usually on the last page of the Student Account Reconciliation Report).
Advise student that the reason the unit is missing from the eInvoice is because it has been paid in full. You can refer them to the Merit Scholarship information on the Scholarships website or the Merit Scholarship letter they received with their Letter of Offer. You can also send them the 'Student Account Reconciliation Report' to show that the unit has been paid in full.
