I'm having problems logging onto UniHub. What do I do?

  • To log into UniHub, go to unihub.curtin.edu.au.
  • When asked What type of user are you?, select Students /Staff/ Alumni.
  • At Sign In, select Students /Staff/ Alumni Log In.
  • This will direct you to a Curtin log in page.
  • Enter your student OASIS details and you should be taken to the UniHub homepage.

If you experience a 'Session Upgrade fails since user is different than original authenticated user' error when signing in, please log out of OASIS before signing into UniHub again. This error occurs because OASIS and UniHub both periodically time out.

If you are receiving '{{Base.sectionTitle}}' error, please turn off your ad blockers and clear your browsing history, or open UniHub in an incognito/private window.

If you have tried the above suggestions and you still can't log in to UniHub, please email unihub@curtin.edu.au with a screen shot of any error messages you are receiving and we will assist you.
