Curtin commits to producing graduates who demonstrate the Curtin Graduate Capabilities. These capabilities, which students are expected to develop while studying at Curtin are outlined in the Graduate Capabilities Policy which is contained in P2: Graduate Capabilities of the Course Quality Assurance Manual (CQAM) – Consolidated Policies and Procedures.
Presenting appropriate learning, teaching and assessment experiences to students, enables them to develop and demonstrate the Capabilities. Through explicit communication in all course and unit documentation, students become aware of the importance of development of the Graduate Capabilities early in their studies.
Curtin courses have been designed so that graduates will have achieved all of Curtin’s Graduate Capabilities through the assurance of the learning process in units studied.
