When do I need to pay my fees?
You need to pay your Tuition and Student Services Amenities Fees (SSAF) prior to the due date recorded on your eInvoice.
If you are an international student commencing a new course, you must pay your tuition fees up front by the due date indicated on your Letter of Offer.
You do not have to pay immediately if you are deferring your fees via a HECS-HELP or FEE-HELP loan for tuition fees and/or the SA-HELP loan for the Student services and amenities fee (SSAF). However, if you have a valid electronic Commonwealth Assistance Form (eCAF) in place but wish to pay up front, you must do so prior to the census date of the study period. Otherwise, the payment will not be applied to the fees of that study period.
Refer to the Academic Calendar for the payment due dates and other important dates for each study period.
