Why is the payment I made not showing on my electronic Commonwealth Assistance Notice (eCAN)?

A payment you have made may not appear on your electronic Commonwealth Assistance Notice (eCAN) if:

  • you paid for your fees after the census date.
  • your payment has not been credited to your student contributions or tuition fees.

If you believe a payment you made has not been properly reflected on your eCAN, please contact Curtin Connect for assistance.
