My situation has changed and the adjustments in my CAP aren't meeting my needs. What should I do to update my CAP?

We understand that circumstances and medical conditions can change. As such, your CAP can be reviewed at any time, to ensure the reasonable adjustments provided match the functional impact of your medical condition/disability or caring responsibilities.
