What does my application status mean in the Application Portal as international student?

Studylink Application Status Definitions
Status | Definition |
Incomplete | Your application has been started but has not yet been submitted. |
Submitted | Your application has been completed and submitted for processing. |
Verifying Application | Your application has been submitted and is being reviewed by staff. |
More Information Requested | Additional information or documents are required before your application can proceed. |
Ready for Assessment | Your application is complete and ready to be assessed. |
Assessing | Your application is currently being assessed by staff. |
Academic Review | Your application is currently being reviewed by faculty. |
Review in Progress | Your application is currently under review. |
Offer | You have received an offer to study at Curtin. |
Offer Declined | Your offer has been declined and is no longer available for acceptance. Note: If your offer has been declined by the Admissions team, you will receive a notification with further details. |
Deferral Requested | A request to defer your offer has been submitted and is awaiting review. |
Deferral Declined | Your request to defer your offer has not been approved. |
Deferral Approved | Your request to defer your offer has been approved. |
Acceptance Received - No Payment Required | Your acceptance has been received, and no payment is required. If you are a sponsored student, you are required to upload your Sponsor Financial Guarantee and Disclosure Form to proceed. |
Acceptance Received - Pending Payment | Your acceptance has been received. Payment is required before your application can proceed. |
Acceptance Received - Payment Blocked | Your acceptance has been received, but payment cannot be made until all offer conditions have been satisfied. Please refer to your Letter of Offer for a list of the conditions you are required to meet. |
Acceptance Received - Payment Received | Your acceptance and payment have been received. |
Acceptance Processing | Your acceptance is being processed by the Admissions team. |
Ready for Payment | Your application has reached the payment stage, and you can proceed with payment. |
Referred to Sponsored Students Unit | Your application has been referred to the Sponsored Students team for further review. |
Conditional Acceptance | You have accepted your offer, and your payment has been received. Your admission remains conditional until all offer conditions have been satisfied. Once all conditions are met, you can proceed with admission and enrolment in your course. |
Admitted | You have been successfully admitted to your course. |
Rescinded | Your offer has been withdrawn. You will be notified of the reason(s) for the rescission. |
Withdrawn | Your application has been withdrawn and is no longer being considered. |
Unsuccessful | Your application was not successful. |
Lapsed | Your application is no longer active because required actions were not completed within the required timeframe. |
Cancelled | Your application has been cancelled and is no longer active. |
Offer Lapsed | Your offer is no longer valid because it was not accepted within the required timeframe. |
Pathway Discontinued | Your pathway application is no longer active and will not proceed. |
