How do I check and respond to the outstanding conditions on my offer to study at Curtin as an international student?
If you have received a conditional offer, you must satisfy all conditions outlined in your offer before you can be admitted and proceed with your enrolment.
To view your offer conditions and submit the required documentation:
- Log in to the Applicant Portal.
- Go to Submitted Applications and select View Activity to view your Letter of Offer and any conditions that apply.
To submit documents in response to your offer conditions, go to My Documents and upload the required documentation.
Your offer may include one or more conditions that must be met before you can proceed with payment. These conditions may include:
- Completing your current studies.
- Meeting the English language requirements for your course.
- Providing official or certified copies of your academic documents.
- Completing and satisfying the Genuine Student (GS) assessment.
Once you have met all offer conditions, Global Curtin Admissions will assess your documentation. If all conditions are satisfied, you will receive written confirmation with instructions on how to proceed and make full payment as outlined in your Letter of Offer. You can then make your payment through the Applicant Portal.
If you have not yet satisfied all offer conditions, the Applicant Portal will prevent you from making a payment until the outstanding requirements have been met.
Important: If your offer includes a Genuine Student (GS) assessment condition, you must complete and satisfy this requirement before you can accept your offer. Until the GS assessment has been approved, the Applicant Portal will not allow you to respond to or accept your offer.
Note: If you applied through an education agent, please contact your agent for assistance with accepting your offer or meeting your offer conditions.
