Can I pre-order official documents?

Some official documents can be ordered before results release.

However, official documents ordered prior to the official result release date may not have your most recent results and enrolment included. Official result publication dates can be found on the Academic Calendar. 

A Letter Confirming Course Completion and a Letter of Graduation can only be ordered once your course has been set to “passed”.
