How do I complete an electronic Commonwealth assistance form (eCAF)?

To create or resubmit an electronic Commonwealth assistance form (eCAF), please follow the steps below:
  1. Log into OASIS
  2. Click on eStudent
  3. Click on the My eCAFs tab
  4. Click on Create for the course you are currently admitted into
  5. Complete the appropriate eCAF.

When completing your eCAF, make sure to have your Tax File Number (TFN) and Unique Student Identifier (USI) ready.
