How do I complete an electronic Commonwealth assistance form (eCAF)?

To create or resubmit an electronic Commonwealth assistance form (eCAF), please follow the steps below:
- Log into OASIS
- Click on eStudent
- Click on the My eCAFs tab
- Click on Create for the course you are currently admitted into
- Complete the appropriate eCAF.
When completing your eCAF, make sure to have your Tax File Number (TFN) and Unique Student Identifier (USI) ready.
