I have forgotten my OASIS password, how can I reset it?

You can reset your OASIS password by using the following instructions:
1. Go to the OASIS login page and click on Forgot your password?
2. Enter your student ID number in the Curtin ID field.
3. Complete the verification activity to prove that you are not a robot.
4. Select whether you would like a password reset code sent to your mobile number or a link to be sent to your email, then click Next. The link/code will only be active for 10 minutes. If you need to update your contact details, please complete the Contact OASIS form with the contact details you would like us to update.
5. Once you receive the code via mobile, enter it into the Secret code field and press next. If you have chosen to have a link emailed to you instead, please go to your personal email account and click on the link to proceed.
6. Create a new password following the password criteria.
7. Once a green tick appears next to New password and Confirm password, click Activate account.
8. You should receive a message saying you have been successful.
