I have not received my Curtin Digital Award Badge notification email. What should I do?

If you have not received a notification email for your Curtin Digital Award Badge, please:

  • Check your junk, spam or clutter email folders.
  • Confirm you are checking the email address associated with your Curtin student record.
  • Attempt to sign in to My eQuals directly to see whether your credential is already available. 

If you are unable to access your Curtin Digital Award Badge after completing these steps, please contact Curtin Connect for assistance.
