What are the contract dates for on-campus accommodation?

Accommodation agreement terms and dates can vary each year and between providers. Below are the standard contract periods for Curtin's on-campus student accommodation in 2026.
Bentley Campus (Perth)On-campus accommodation at Curtin’s Bentley Campus is operated and managed by UniLodge and St Catherine’s College.
- 48-week agreements: 13 January 2026 – 16 December 2026
- Semester 1 lease (24 weeks): 13 January 2026 – 30 June 2026
- Semester 2 lease (24 weeks): 30 June 2026 – 16 December 2026
Agricola (Kalgoorlie)
- 44-week lease: 27 January 2026 – 30 November 2026
- Semester 1 lease (22 weeks): 27 January 2026 – 29 June 2026
- Semester 2 lease (22 weeks): 30 June 2026 – 30 November 2026
