Below are a selection of materials to help you map your venture architecture and processes, including:
- 1a. Business Model Canvas: A model to map the architecture of your venture covering value creation, delivery and capture. This is the main model covered in Matt MacFarlane’s Session.
- 1b. Value Proposition Canvas: A precursor model to the Business Model Canvas that articulates customer jobs, pains and gains to then guide value proposition alignment and product/market fit.
- 2. Marketing Foundations for Startups – WORKBOOK – WeAreEmersyn: The workbook that accompanies the Marketing Foundations for Startups session lead by Megan Del Borrello.
- 3a. Lean Canvas: A startup extension of the Business Model Canvas to map startup development logic. Integrates perspectives on: Problem; Solution; Existing Alternatives; Key Metrics and Unfair Advantage. Can be an alternative to the BMC.
- 3b. Ignition Business Model Canvas: A quasi-canvas integrating aspects of the business model canvas and lean canvas). Can be an alternative to the BMC.
