How do I contact Curtin Connect?
Curtin Connect is your hub for student service and support. Our team is on hand to help with a range of enquires throughout your time at Curtin, from your course application, to your graduation and everything in between!
Operating hours
Monday: 8:30 am - 4:30 pm
Tuesday: 9:30 am - 4:30 pm
Wednesday: 8:30 am - 4:30 pm
Thursday: 8:30 am - 4:30 pm (last Thursday of each month: 8:30 am - 3:30 pm*)
Friday: 8:30 am - 4:30 pm
Saturday and Sunday: closed
*Phonelines will remain open until 4:30 pm.
Upcoming closures and temporary changes to operational hours
▪ Tuesday 8 September 2026: Curtin Connect will be unavailable by phone from 2:15 pm (AWST). However, Curtin Connect (Building 102) will remain open for in-person support until 4:30 pm.▪ Monday 28 September 2026: Curtin Connect will be closed on this day. We will be back to assist you from 9:30 am Tuesday 29 September 2026.
