How it works

HIIT workouts

CurtinFit is all about high-intensity interval training on the gym floor. These workouts are energetic and designed to get your heart pumping!

Motivational coaches

Our experienced coaches are on hand to provide you the motivation you need to reach and exceed your goals, and ready to answer your questions with a 24/7 messaging service.

45 minute sessions

Keep your training efficient and get the most out of your 45 minute sessions.

Attend up to four sessions each week. Available times below:
