Free Fit
Free Fit is more than just a weekly free group fitness class. We’re all about holistic wellness and empowering students to find their perfect fit in a fun and friendly environment. Whether you’re into high-energy workouts, budget-friendly nutrition tips, or need to unwind with meditation, we’ve got you covered!
How to get involved:
- Sign in daily at reception. First come first served basis.
- Classes run from 19 February till 14 June
- Please arrive at least ten minutes prior to the class start time in order to sign in.
- Bring your student ID.
