About the facilitators
Dr Caroline Knight
Dr Caroline Knight is a Research Fellow in the Centre for Transformative Work Design at Curtin University. Caroline’s research interests include work design, well-being and job crafting. She is leading a project to investigate the impact of working from home during COVID-19 on people’s well-being and performance. She is also co-leading a large longitudinal study, Work Across Life and Careers (WALC) to investigate the changing nature of work and its impact on health, wellbeing, cognition, memory and identity. Dr Knight has a PhD from the Institute of Work Psychology in the UK and has published in a number of top-tier management journals.
Dr Florian Klonek
Dr Florian Klonek also works in the Centre for Transformative Work Design at Curtin University. He has studied across the globe, learning psychology and computer sciences in Australia and Germany, where he completed his PhD, and later working as a postdoctoral research fellow in Santiago, Chile. Dr Klonek’s research interests are in work design, team dynamics, change management and leadership, with his research published in international peer-reviewed journals.
