Whether you would like to refresh what you learnt during your time at Curtin, extend your skills in a particular industry or head in a new career direction.
Recent Curtin graduates have access to the same student development services as a student, including workshops, resume and job application reviews, one to one appointments, and a wealth of career-focused resources. These services are provided free of charge for up to 12 months after graduation.
If it has been more than 12 months since your graduation, you can book an individual appointment with a Career Development Consultant for a fee of $77 (including GST). Your appointment can cover topics including job search strategies and application reviews, as well as career planning and management.

Recruit Curtin
Are you looking to recruit a Curtin student or a recent Curtin graduate? The Recruit Curtin team can help connect your organisation with high calibre Curtin students and graduates.
The university’s dedicated employer engagement team offers an array of services, including end-to-end recruitment, on-campus visits, career fairs and targeted promotions. You can advertise your opportunities and events via UniHub, Curtin’s free jobs board that is accessible to students and graduates.
As a graduate, you can also access UniHub for life and search a range of graduate, post graduate and experienced positions using a graduate account. Don’t forget to utilise UniHub alongside other job search engines when looking for your next opportunity.

Alumni library membership
Just because you’ve graduated, doesn’t mean you lose your access to library services. You can sign up for a complimentary one-year* library membership.
Unlimited borrowing timeframes. The Library will let you know when you need to return your item/s via email. Visit the Books, resources and laptops page for more information on borrowing, requesting, and returning library items.
Access to a limited range of online journals and databases as listed below (The library’s full range of databases is unavailable to alumni because of licence constraints).
Access to a Curtin’s physical collection through ‘click and collect’ service. Requested items are available for collection at TL Robertson Library
Access to ProQuest Central.
Referencing services.
Use of Curtin library spaces. Community members, alumni and reciprocal borrowers are welcome to use the library spaces when a Curtin ID card is not required to access the building. Please see the opening hours page for information on up-to-date opening hours.
If you wish to book an individual or group study space, please see the booking page. Bookings require your alumni library membership ID number and password.
Computers and printing. To use our computers, sign in as a Curtin visitor and register for a guest printing account, then use your alumni membership details to access the catalogue. Photocopiers and printers are available in our libraries.
Alumni library membership does not include:
Access to Curtin’s Wi-Fi or internet
Access to all materials available to students
If you only graduated recently, there may be a delay from when you completed your degree to when you can access your membership:
If you complete your degree in Semester 1, the membership will be available in October of that year
If you complete your degree in Semester 2, the membership will be available in March the following year.
Your alumni membership may take up to seven (7) days to process.
Your alumni membership is personal, non-transferable, and valid for 12 months from the date that your application has been processed. When you are approaching your expiry date we will send you an email prompting you to re-new your membership for another 12 months.
Your alumni membership is not attached to your student OASIS account.
A summary of loans, returns and fees is available from your Borrower Information. Penalties apply if books, including recalled books, are not returned on time.
It is an important condition of use that alumni members only use Library electronic resources for personal educational or research purposes, not as a substitute for employers or businesses obtaining access to these resources.
Curtin University reserves the right to discontinue, without notice, access to the limited range of electronic databases and library resources if the license or authority to use the database or service is withdrawn, restricted or altered in any way.
Your address must be kept up-to-date with the library.
