Now that semester is well and truly at its end, it’s time to say hello to a well-deserved break. But before you dive headfirst into the world of sun-soaked beaches and Instagram-worthy vacations, consider weaving a bit of mindfulness into your summer plans. Trust us, your future self will thank you for it.

Tech detox:

Consider trading in those endless scroll sessions for a day outdoors. Whether it’s a local park, a hiking trail, or even your backyard, disconnect from the digital world and let nature be your guide. Take a leisurely stroll, breathe in the fresh air, and savour the sights and sounds around you. This tech detox will not only give your mind a break but also foster a sense of connection with the world beyond the screen.

Mindful movement:

Instead of lazing by the pool or sinking into the couch, consider introducing mindfulness through movement. Engage in activities like yoga, tai chi, or even a peaceful stroll along the beach.
