Student services and amenities fee (SSAF)

The student services and amenities fee (SSAF) supports the provision of a wide range of non-academic services and amenities to all students. It is charged to most students in addition to their tuition fees.
Curtin uses the SSAF revenue to enhance the university experience and expand and improve our services and amenities.

Have your say on how the SSAF is spent in 2026!
What would you like your SSAF to be spent on next year? Throughout May, we’ll consult with all students to see which of the SSAF expenditure areas are most important to you. Then when the SSAF Expenditure Advisory Committee considers project proposals for 2026, your feedback will help inform where the money is spent. Our survey is quick and easy – so watch out for your invitation email on 1 May 2025 and take a moment to have your say!
