Quick and effective

Most of us don’t have the time on our hands to spend hours at the gym to achieve results. Luckily, CurtinFit will have you in and out of the gym in less than one hour! All CurtinFit sessions are 45 minutes long and include heart rate training, strength and conditioning, work: rest training protocols, and more.

This high-intensity interval training is very effective for fat loss, toning, strength, and for general cardiovascular health. Whatever your fitness goal, you can feel confident that CurtinFit works.

CurtinFit sessions run every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. You can attend up to four sessions per week and choose from six timeslots to suit your schedule. We also run two-morning sessions every Saturday so you can start your weekend off the right way.
