Do you listen more than you read? Do you use accessibility features when accessing media or learning content?

You are invited to participate in a Curtin University study on the potential benefits of audio as a tool for teaching and learning in higher education. This project recognises that the use of audio in and outside of the university context has increased in recent years, particularly during and post the pandemic as a remedy for “screen fatigue”. We hope to gain an insight into how students and staff use audio materials in everyday life, and in teaching and learning settings, with the aim to examine if audio materials can have a positive impact on learning experiences across diverse groups of learners.

This survey should take approximately 10 minutes to complete.
