Youth mental health program

Exercise is an effective treatment method for acute and chronic mental health concerns.

The Youth Mental Health program is run specifically for young people between 17 to 25 years old, as 75 per cent of all mental health conditions will present themselves before an individual is 25 years of age.

What the program involves

The program involves a series of one-hour gym-based individualised exercise programs, combining both aerobic, resistance, stretching and relaxation. It’s ideal for 17-25 years old with mental health issues, who have a level of readiness to participate in a supervised exercise program.
