From 16 August to 18 October, the free Lunchtime Life Skills webinar series supports you in developing the skills and strategies to manage some common challenges in life, tailored to fit university students from various backgrounds.
Learning these skills will provide you with the opportunity to improve your study life balance and aims to help enhance your quality of life as a Curtin student.
You are welcome to attend all the workshops in the series or to select only those that are of particular interest to you. If you can’t make the webinar live, registering will get you access to a recorded copy that you view on your schedule.

Adjusting to University
New to university? Learn about culture shock, self-care and adjusting to uni life.
The ADHD Support Group is a free group program delivered at the Psychological and Counselling Service aiming to provide an environment in which the multiple strengths and resiliencies of students with ADHD are acknowledged and with like minded people, share successful strategies and supports. This semester we are offering two face-to-face groups.
Date: Tuesdays, 8 August to 17 October (excluding tuition free week)
Time: 1.30pm – 3.30pm

The Curtin University Psychological and Counselling Service is offering a free PhD Support Group to help PhD students connect with one another and learn how to improve wellbeing.
The group aims to be a supportive place to discuss common issues that impact PhD students including burnout, isolation, work/life balance, changes in motivation, challenges working in teams, anxiety/depression, imposter syndrome, and more.
