University studies can be particularly difficult for students with ADHD and this weekly group will provide you with the opportunity to join with other students and learn strategies for overcoming difficulties with procrastination, time management, motivation and getting started, maintaining good routines (sleep, diet, exercise), anxiety and emotions, and more.
The ADHD support group meets for two hours every week with an emphasis on the shared experience of group members and practical focus, so that you can learn new habits to help better navigate your studies.
