This unusual and insightful seminar offers the opportunity to delve into the irrational dimension of organisations: These insights shed a new light on “incomprehensible” group and individual behaviour within organisations and within our societies. As managers, dealing with men and women, you are lead to confront intricate human challenges in a world dominated by the culture of performance, achievements and material success, where primary values lie in appearance and figures. What about the drivers of disturbing human behaviour such as power hunger, jealousy, nepotism, discrimination which exist within organisations and hinders teams and collective performance? What does the organisation hide? How can we access the key to decrypt and anticipate those irrational individual and collective attitudes and behaviour?

Unravelling these hidden dynamics through the study difficult situations, case studies will better help you understand the subconscious drivers of your collaborators and your own. It equips you to unearth answers to certain disquieting questions and paradoxes which seem to be irrational and in intelligible.

We will engage with videos, case studies, analyses of corporate and societal situations. This is an interactive, open, daring, and captivating course. I look forward to the pleasure of meeting you very soon.
