Project management is an integral business function that exists across multiple channels and industries. This specialisation will introduce you to key concepts in the areas of contract law, risk management, procurement and operations management.

The communication, critical thinking and problem-solving skills you’ll develop will not only help you become a successful project manager, but will be valuable additions to any workplace role that requires you to manage workloads and milestones.
