This specialisation comprises four units that provide in-depth knowledge of business law to complement your overall area of study. It contains two core units and five optional units. Business law is an integral part of every business and having knowledge in this field will both enhance your career opportunities and provide a good foundation should you wish to operate your own business in the future.

The specialisation will boost your knowledge of business law and help you understand the risks and liabilities involved in making business decisions. It can boost your career prospects across a variety of industries, given that all businesses need people who can safeguard against legal risk.

This specialisation differs to the Business Law major as it is designed for students in any field of study who want to understand the basic laws of business while developing their career in the commercial world.
