Important dates for your graduation ceremony

Graduating information

All students who have been course completed, will be sent a graduation invitation via OASIS Official Communication the day after Semester 1 and Semester 2 result publication (Academic Calendar).

Invitations will continue to be sent to students who are being course completed, each day until conferral, which is usually 3 weeks prior to the start graduation ceremonies.

The invitation will invite you to register to;

  • Attend a graduation ceremony, or
  • Receive your official documents by mail (including award certificate and academic transcript), or
  • Defer your ceremony (for up to 12 months*)

*Students who are impacted by travel restrictions, please note you are permitted to defer attending a graduation ceremony for up to 12 months from course completion.

Please note:

  • If you attend your graduation ceremony, you are consenting to be livestreamed. If you do not wish to be livestreamed, it is recommended that you should graduate in absentia.
  • Please check on travel border restrictions prior to registering to attend these events.
  • Graduation registration will be sent via Official Communication after result release for Semester 1 and Semester 2.
