Stress less during Study Week with free fitness classes

Need a break from the books? During Study Week (20–24 October), Curtin Stadium is giving students free access to all Mind Body classes including: Yoga, Body Balance and Shapes, on top of the usual FREE FIT classes.

It’s the perfect opportunity to relax, recharge and refocus during this busy time of semester. Whether you’re looking to stretch out your stress, move your body, or simply find some calm before exams, there’s something for everyone!
