Curtin Sport & Recreation is offering supportive, beginner-friendly classes designed especially for students who are starting from scratch. No prior experience. No judgement. Just a safe, welcoming space to learn.
Whether you’ve never hopped on a bike before or want to understand the basics of water safety, these programs focus on building confidence at your own pace.
Learn to Ride
Gain practical cycling skills that can help you get around campus and the wider community independently. Perfect if you’ve always wanted to ride but never had the chance to learn.
Water Safety
Learn essential water confidence and safety skills in a supportive environment. Ideal for beginners who want to feel more comfortable and capable around water.
Both programs are:
