As of today, Monday 15 December, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) is now required for all Curtin students when accessing Blackboard and Respondus.

Please ensure you have set up MFA to maintain secure access to your accounts.

What is Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)?
MFA adds an extra layer of security by requiring two forms of verification, such as a password and a smartphone, making unauthorised access much harder and protecting your digital identity.

What does this mean for you?
The process of enabling MFA for these systems will follow the same approach as other MFA-enabled Curtin systems. When accessing these platforms, you may be prompted to complete an additional verification step.

Please continue using the same Authenticator applications you already use for other Curtin systems.
