We’re seeking students to test a new tool designed to help determine whether a Curtin Access Plan (CAP) may be suitable for them, and to connect them with the right support services and next steps.

A CAP is an official plan that outlines the reasonable adjustments you may be eligible for if you have a disability, health condition, or caring responsibilities. By testing this prototype, you’ll be helping us make sure the tool is clear, accessible, and useful for students who may be thinking of applying for a CAP.

Complete the short survey and go in the draw to win 1 of 2 $50 gift vouchers! The survey closes 11:59 pm AWST, 21 November 2025.

How to enter:

  • You’ll try the prototype (a short online tool that takes about 5 minutes).
  • After using it, you’ll complete the short feedback survey about your experience.
  • Enter your email and Student ID at the end of the form to get in the running!

Have questions?

If you have any questions or additional feedback, please email dse@curtin.edu.au

Please note that this feedback is not intended to gather suggestions for improving the Curtin Access Plan (CAP) itself. Instead, it aims to ensure the tool effectively helps students determine whether a CAP is suitable for their circumstances and guides them on appropriate next steps. Please email AccessAbility@curtin.edu.au for more information and questions about the CAP.
