Reading time: 2 minutes
Curtin students are invited to be among the first to test Monti, a new My Wellbeing Chatbot designed to support stress management and everyday wellbeing.
Monti has been co-designed with Curtin University students, parents and support organisations. It combines the safety and structure of an expert wellbeing system with the understanding of a language model to create a supportive, guided chat experience.
This trial aims to explore how well Monti helps students reflect on their challenges, notice patterns and identify areas for improvement in their wellbeing.
What’s involved?
If you choose to participate, you will:
- Complete a 5-minute eligibility survey
- Answer two short questions before and after each conversation with Monti
- Complete a 10-minute survey after eight weeks
Researchers are studying the natural use of Monti, so there is no reimbursement offered for participation.
Who can participate?
To take part, you must:
