Open Day is taking place at the Curtin Bentley Campus on Sunday 29 March! Develop your leadership, communication, and organisation skills at Curtin’s biggest event for future students.
Volunteering at Open Day is a great opportunity to gain experience, meet like-minded
students and make a positive impact on individuals considering studying at Curtin.
Applications are open for students from all study areas to help with:
- Faculty Support – Assisting faculty with activities, tours and general information.
- Welcome Desk – Greet visitors, hand out tote bags, provide directions, answer questions and escalate any issues to the events team.
- Central Wayfinding – Help attendees find their way around campus, including locating lecture theatres and key event locations. A good knowledge of campus is preferred for this role.
You will be required to:
- Attend a 1-hour online briefing session.
- Volunteer for either the morning shift (8:30 am – 1:30 pm) or the full day (8:30 am – 4:00pm) on Open Day.
Lunch and a Curtin t-shirt will be provided.
Your involvement as a volunteer is vital to making Open Day a success! If you are interested in helping out or have any questions, please email openday@curtin.edu.au.
Applications close Wednesday 11 March 2026.
