Your chance to represent Curtin students.

Curtin Student Guild is the student representative body at Curtin University. We help students get the most out of their university experience. Being a Guild Representative is a varied role that will give you a rewarding extra curricular opportunity and the chance to make a difference to the student community.

Our elected representatives are the voice of students and sit on all major university boards and committees. We coordinate campaigns for change and work to make student life the best it can be through clubs, Guild outlets, events and student support services.

The Guild and NUS Elections are held in September to elect the members of next year’s Guild Council (our governing body), Executive Officers, Faculty Representatives and Equity Officers as well as delegates to the National Union of Students (NUS) Conference.

Nominations open Monday 11 August.

All positions available for nomination are on the Curtin Student Guild website

Nomination forms will be accepted from 10:00 am Monday, 11 August 2025 and nominations will close 12 noon Thursday, 28 August 2025.

You can download nomination forms via the Guild website or you can collect forms from Guild Reception (Building 106F), Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 4:00pm.

If you are unsure if you would like to nominate, or would like to discuss the elections, you can make an appointment to speak with the Returning Officer, Ms Amanda Arnold of the Western Australian Electoral Commission (WAEC) on 0455 274 572 or email npro_curtinstudentguild@elections.wa.gov.au.
