Update your email signature Outlook Outlook 2010/2016 Click File > Options > Mail > Signatures Click the signature you want to edit Click on the insert image icon to add the Planet Positive badge Click OK to save your signature and close the box Test your signature by emailing yourself Web client Outlook (Office 365) Log into Office365 Outlook (https://outlook.office365.com/mail/) Compose a New email Click Insert (located on the top bar) Click the Signature drop down menu Click Signatures… Create a new signature or edit your signature and add the badge to your signature by clicking on the image icon (located on the bottom left) Click Save Test your signature by emailing yourself Gmail Gmail (web) On the top right, click Settings > See all settings Scroll down to the Signature section Add a new signature or select the signature you want to edit Add the badge to your signature by clicking on the image icon in the toolbar Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click Save Changes Yahoo Yahoo Note: You’ll have to connect your Google Drive or Dropbox account to add the badge to your signature Click the Setting icon in the Menu Click More Settings Click Writing email Add/edit your signature Add the badge to your signature through Google Drive or Dropbox
