Corporate governance is an integral part of every business and having knowledge in this field will enhance your career opportunities and also provide a good foundation should you wish to operate your own business in the future. 

This specialisation comprises four units that provide in-depth knowledge of corporate governance to complement your overall area of study. You will explore the structures and processes that enable the direction and control of companies.

The knowledge you gain can be applied to a variety of industries, given that all businesses need people who have the knowledge to improve corporate performance and accountability, mitigate risks and safeguard stakeholders.

Unlike the Business Law major, this specialisation is designed for students in any field of study who want to learn the basic principles of good corporate governance while developing their career in the commercial world.
