Your ‘home away from home’
The Goldfields UDRH provides fully subsidised accommodation to eligible nursing and allied health students undertaking their placements in the Goldfields region, providing a safe and comfortable living experience. There are two types of accommodation available in Kalgoorlie; on-campus student accommodation at Agricola, and residential townhouse accommodation provided by Goldfields UDRH. No matter where you’re staying in Kalgoorlie, you’ll have opportunities to meet other students studying at Curtin Kalgoorlie, and participate in social events and activities, which run regularly throughout the academic year.
Agricola on-campus accommodation
These high-quality, fully self-contained shared units sit within a secure, gated community. Within the grounds there’s a gym, tennis court, squash court, barbecue areas, study rooms and a laundry, which are all free for Goldfields UDRH students, regardless of whether you are staying at Agricola or our residential properties.

Karlkurla Townhouses
Located 4km from the CBD and Curtin Kalgoorlie, and only 3km from Kalgoorlie Health Campus, our 3 bedroom townhouses provide self-contained shared living options. Sharing accommodation with students from other disciplines is a great opportunity to form new friendships and build an understanding of health professions other than your own.
Whilst the GUDRH is in the process of establishing student accommodation facilities across the broader Goldfields-Esperance regional footprint, accommodation is currently only provided in Kalgoorlie. Placements in other locations require prior liaison with GUDRH regarding accommodation suitability, and for safety and wellbeing reasons, GUDRH-supported placements require students to ensure their self-arranged accommodation meets our Reasonable Accommodation Guidelines.
