AI showcase and debate – Curtin staff event
10:00am to 11:30am
Join facilitators David McMeekin (Curtin Senior Lecturer, Science and Engineering) and Richard Giles (CEO, Adapptor and Curtin Venture Mentor) as they explore Generative AI, featuring a live GenAI debate, information on AI resources and use cases for innovation and entrepreneurship.

Battle of the GenAI – Curtin community event
12:00pm to 2:00pm
Explore the role of AI in entrepreneurship and our day to day lives in this entertaining and interactive session, featuring a student-led AI showdown: three Curtin students each champion a different generative AI tool (ChatGPT, Gemini and Claude) in a live challenge using audience-led prompts.
